Backup: Insufficient space

Postby pvh » Wed Feb 03rd, 2016 5:44am

Mailtraq Version: 2.17.7.3560
I am setting up the online backup facility to an external disk which contains tons of free space.
However, when the backup wants to start it comes back telling me that there is "insufficient space".
I have checked the free space a couple of times but that is okay.
I am using the AFX database and use IMAP for the mailboxes.

Any thoughts?

Further investigation showed that I supplied the symbolic discname (Share Letter) rather than the IP address of the network disc.

So problem solved.

But......
After supplyinh the correct share ip address, Online Backup is still telling me this:
A database backup was scheduled to take place
but could not be completed for the following reason :-
Insufficient disk space in path 192.nnn.nnn.nnn\Mailtraq_Backup\{dddd}\. Required 160680mb but only measured 44946mb.

The space on that network drive is Terabytes rather than Gigabytes, so.....
What is going on? Is Mailtraq not able to the correct calculations?
