Mailtraq Version: 2.17.7.3516
Hello,
I also encountered the access violations in Certificate Manager (see viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2116), so I thought I clear all certificates from Mailtraq and start from scratch.
Before I had certificates from StartSSL which worked fine, but they are expired now. Today I bought one from SSLs.com (a Comodo/PositiveSSL reseller).
What I did:
1. Created a CSR in Mailtraq Certificate Manager (RSA/SHA1/2048 bits)
2. Went to http://www.ssls.com and bought a certificate using the previously created CSR
3. Downloaded the certificate from SSLs.com (Format: Base64, xxx.crt)
4. Went into Certificate Manager -> Import -> Pending Certificate Request -> Paste Certificate Text -> leaving blank Passphrase -> OK
5. Got error message "Warning. Invalid Certificate, Certificate format not supported or Password incorrect"
The certificate I received from the reseller look fine so far. To me it seems I am missing a step somewhere before to create the password? Could someone please explain to me what the problem is?
