If the Received headers are to be believed:

Received: from LCS01 (dsldevice.lan [195.240.194.124])

Your copy of Mailtraq sent the mail via "alte.nl" for onward delivery, and it was the attempt by alte.nl to deliver the e-mail to Google that was rejected. The link provided, http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=10336, indicates that "the sending IP address does not match the sending domain", and that you should use "the SMTP relay provided by your ISP". As this is what you seem to be doing, I can't think of any solutions other than:
  • Bypass alte.nl and configure Mailtraq to deliver the e-mail directly through MX resolution -- but you'll need to change your HELO to something meaningful before you do, something related to the sending domain and "valid" (in the way that "dsldevice.lan" is not).
  • Ask the support department of alte.nl to contact Google to resolve the problem.

550 DY-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. We generally do not accept email from dynamic IP's as they are not typically used to deliver unauthenticated SMTP e-mail to an Internet mail server. http://www.spamhaus.org maintains lists of dynamic and residential IP addresses. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Re: code 550

It looks like you're attempting to deliver direct (via MX) from a dynamic ip address. This time, Google's error message shows that their policy is to reject messages from dynamically assigned and/or residential ip addresses. This policy is quite common and you'll probably see rejections from many other hosts. Instead of delivering direct can you use your ISP's smarthost (perhaps smtp.telfort.nl)?

As Malcolm pointed out, there are other issues to sort out before you can reliably deliver direct. First, you need a static ip address, then see points 1 and 2 in this guide.
